Fan photos of ‘The Irishman’ filming in NYC

A couple of weeks ago Bobby Cannavale, Robert De Niro, and Martin Scorsese were spotted together on the set of their upcoming project, The Irishman, in Queens, NY, where they posed with fans between scenes.

The epic crime drama, which also stars Al Pacino, is reportedly costing its production company, Netflix, more than $105 million to produce. The period piece is based on the book, I Hear You Paint Houses, by Charles Brandt, which follows mob hitman Frank “The Irishman” Sheeran (De Niro) who is involved in a mystery surrounding the 1975 disappearance of Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa.

Check out a few photos below, thanks to our Twitter follower @sly_frank, and look for The Irishman on Netflix later this year (if you don’t spot them on the streets of NYC first)!
