The latest adaptation of Little Women, which is being directed by Greta Gerwig, will be filming in the small town of Harvard, MA over the course of the next two weeks.
Columbia Pictures and Town Officials have been working on filming permits for a shoot that will take place around the town’s Common, Town Hall, General Store, and Congregational Church.
Construction has already started on a town facade, including a facelift on the Harvard General Store, which will temprarily become the Concord General Store.
Columbia Pictures as advised they will be filming in town on Oct. 26, Nov. 2, and Nov. 5.
Meryl Streep, Emma Watson, Bob Odenkirk, Saoirse Ronan, Timothée Chalamet, James Norton and Laura Dern star in the film based on Louisa May Alcott’s book about growing up with her three sisters in Concord, Massachusetts during the 1860s, while her father was fighting in the American Civil War.
