  1. ATT: NYC Film Commissioner—the West Side Story crew is harassing the public from taking photographs in public spaces. Kindly explain to them that this is perfectly legal and that your own code of conduct forbids this sleazy behavior which is subtle harassment. They are also going overboard with pushing the public far, far away from where they are actually shooting. Thanks Much.
