‘Remember Me’ Filming Location 6.29.09

 filming in Grand Central Station in the morning. (Thanks to both anon tipsters!)

We also got tips that they are filming around Orchard and Grand, NYC and that they may actually be filming outside of the city (rumor someone heard on Twitter, we weren’t give any other info). I haven’t been able to confirm either of these locations but I did hear from 2 reliable sources that RM will be doing something in GC in the morning. And there is no word whether or not Robert Pattinson will be at any of these locations.

Remember Me is filming at Crestwood Station, Yonkers, NY today. Tomorrow, they are filming in Central Park ( updated w/more info and map at this link) and it is rumored the Orchard and Grand location is for Wednesday.

  8. We found it – it is the LES location. This is not Step Up 3 – signs all say filming is for “Wikal.” You think they would have thought of something different by now.

  13. There are three different no parking signs up. However, there are two for RM. One for today from 6 am to 7 pm. Then there’s one for Wednesday from 6 am to 9 pm. They were filming date night from 7 pm to 4 am.

    • when & where were they filming date night? What location are you in? Is a night shoot happening or did it already take place?

  15. I WAS WRONG… LES is a bust. So was Grand Central. No clue where they are filming today, unfortunately. Seems they finally managed to escape us for now.

    • As some people said before, theyre filming in a Metro North station in Westchester or Yonkers. They wouldn’t film at Grand Central during rush hour

  17. damn, I want to get up there but with the info being all jacked up, I’m afraid to make a wasted trip. I have only 1 shot to make it up there & i’m trying to use it wisely 😉 I really want to hit a night shoot! Grr….

  19. We are at broom and orchard. Signs def say filming today until seven. Members of the crew are here. Monitoring.
    Parking. Trucks starting to arrive. Get here . Oh gc is a bust something is filming there but its a paramount pic film. Not rm. We need answers

  25. I am not sure what’s going on but today is supposed to be in a station for a metro north scene . . . They cast extras and stated its a day shoot inside a metronorth station for monday the 29th. Tomorrow is def central park so I will prob go to that one

  28. Trailers and trucks would not be arriving now . . . They park them waaaaaay in advance. If they r filming monday during the day, cars have to be cleared out by sunday nite. The trucks and trailers are there early early morn so they can start filming now

  31. *Spoilers* here so stop read According to the script barring any rewrites I believe of Ally/Aiden have a rooftop scene if thats what they are filming at the LES location. They could be filming the Ally/Aiden/Tyler subway scene (which is shor) and then move over to the LES location. Given they are only filming till 7pm today at the LES location, entirely possible they have been filming this morning and get off earlier. This is only my speculation based on the script and shooting times.

  32. Ok so GC is a bust and LES seems like they started late, but they are there. Please update us and let us know if there is a ROb sighting. Seems like crew will try and trick fans about Rob so don’t believe them since he did show up to Brooklyns shoot on Friday.

  34. Ok I got the scoop. They are building set now for wed shoot. Not filming on orchard today wed. We are all smart ppl. Let’s figure this out. Is he off? Leaving orchard not sure where to go now between all of us we should find out what’s going on. I know they are working today. Mon is a huge shooting day since they don’t work sat and sun. There trucks and crew are at orchard don’t be fooled. They are getting stuff ready for wed. Christine… What do u suggest. Gc is a no we were there first my friends and I split up and searched everywhere. Maybe they are off? What’s going for fri? Where did u get a copy of script

    • Jessica that’s great that you found out they are building the set…. Hopefully that means a nice outdoor shoot. Although it seems like there will be a lot of outdoors this week. MAYBE they are doing an indoor shoot today? Anyway update us and thanks for doing so (=

    • You guys are like little mini detectives. I love it. You were right about GC nothing there. I’ll be going by Hunter today, so I’ll confirm tomorrow’s shoot. I want to go tomorrow, it’ll be my birthday!!

  36. but I thought on friday the crew didn’t deny rob was going to be there. I thought they only said he wouldn’t be there thursday and friday was speculation.

    • I just said i was confused lol. I meant Thursday not Friday sorry…. ook so i guess he didn’t show up thursday… Ok I’m going to go and make sure I fully wake up before I post anymore!

  45. if u r talking about westchester cty, it’s outside NYC. That’s like saying Nassau or Suffolk Cty on Long Island. Unless u know where in westchester….

  47. Im planning on going back tomorrow sometime during midday, does anyone know if tomorrow will be an day shoot? I’m going with my 11yr niece we just want to catch a glimpse of rob no autograph or pic with him needed just to see him from a far is a enough.     • if it is in yonkers then you have to take the hudson line all the way to yonkers it is about 20 mintues from the city on the train

  50. Where in Central Park? Does anyone know the easiest way to get to tomorrow’s location in central park form from fairlawn area or hoboken?

    I see people are saying they are going tomorrow. Would you want to meet up? I don’t know my way around the city good. I don’t have internet access through my phone either. Ok, take this with a grain of salt because I don’t know the source but I got an email from someone who said there was something for RM in Grand Central early this AM and it was a meet up for cast or crew (maybe people taking a train to the location?) and he said they are filming a beach scene outside of the city. I guess he knows soemone who works at GC or something and they talked to someone who was there this AM. I thought I’d pass it on….

    Good luck and sorry I wasn’t more help, I’m still getting info trickling in via email but it doesn’t seem to be anything different than what you guys already have, like someone mentioned the Yonkers thing…I’ll keep you posted if I get anything different.

  61. All this talk of Yonkers and train stations made me think of Hello Dolly movie w/ Barbara Striesand. lol! They used a cute old (1800s) train station that is still exists today. This train station IS NOT in Yonkers but still up north. Man, all this suspense is killin’ me.

  63. crestwood train station in tuckahoe…that is what i found out from rpatzgps on twitter – 1 columbus ave, tuckahoe…Rob was spotted 30 minutes ago.

    • I have a copy of the script – except its the older one I think – It says Reviesed October 2008. It is titled Memoirs. There is a scene with the character Tyler (Rob) and a Character Caroline Here is part of the script:
      EXT. CENTRAL PARK — AFTERNOON
      At the Alice in Wonderland statue where KIDS climb all over
      the faded bronze mushroom caps and characters. Tyler and
      Caroline sit on a park bench. Tyler lights a cigarette.

  76. Okay apparently Crestwood Station is in Tuckahoe (https://as0.mta.info/mnr/stations/station_detail.cfm?key=126), 16.7 miles out of Grand Central. Cool! I know they were actually supposed to be shooting on a train today, so that would pretty amazing if they were traveling between the two to shoot. The ride’s only 40 minutes long. I wonder how that works. (As well as what time they’d be rollin’ into GC!!)

    Things must be NUTS in Tuckahoe — doesn’t sound like the kind of town that gets a lot of action LOL

  81. No chance Rob was in GC today, I work in the MetLife Building which is literally on top of GC and there were no signs of any type of filming. Unless they were in and out of there by like 4 this morning…

  82. If they’re shooting the train scenes, they are probably shooting on a moving train, or just as the train comes/leaves the station, etc.

    If they are shooting the CP scenes tomorrow (no idea) it will be a day shoot, with Rob and Ruby most likely. Emilie is a possiblity as well, depending which CP scenes they’re doing.

    Keep in mind that a shoot with a minor means a lot of waiting around as they can only be on set for a limited time.

  92. I live in Crestwood and was there in the afternoon. They were filming on the train and used it as it pulled into the station a lot. The Crestwood station is used a lot for filming, actually, but nothing on this scale. Considering Rob’s status, the security was not very high and there weren’t that many people there — when he was done shooting he came up over the overpass, walked into town, accompanied by maybe 4 people. I was maybe 2 or 3 feet from him and there were maybe 100 people altogether. I got a few photos — he just crossed the street from the station, made a left, and went to the parking lot behind the gas station. He went into his trailer for about 5-10 minutes, changed, waved to the fans, got in a car, and sped off. It was very exciting!

  94. we were at Orchard all morning. They had a whole crew there setting up and lifting things onto the rooftop of a building. They will be setting up as well tomorrow, and begin filming in that location on Wednesday morning at approximately 6am. So rise and shine ladies. The earlier, the better…as parking is a bitch in that neighborhood.

  95. I was on the upper east side and thought I would scope out things for the shoot tomorrow. I did not see any signs around 79th and Madison or anywhere on my way walking over to the Alice statue. There were also no signs at the statue about it being closed tomorrow or anything. I dunno. There were not only no “Wikal” signs there weren’t any No Parking signs at all btwn 79th and 77th and 5 ave and Park Ave. So I’m not sure what’s happening tomorrow. I would advice people to check back on the sight before they venture out in the morning

    • the alice in wonderland statue must be around east 75th street (74th,73th something like that). i remember having to jog to that damn place then around the reservoir for PE when I was in school. also, there might be one of those small pedestrian roads that run into central park. if it’s near enough to the statue that could be where they are parking trailers…i’m guessing of course.

      • OMG, i just thought of something else (and yes, i feel stupid replying to me.lol!)
        if that’s the case with those pedestrian/bike roads there wouldn’t be a reason to look for signs as no cars are allowed in those areas to begin with. what would one look for to indicate filming in the area?? man, i hope i’m wrong. well, something has to be parked out on 5th ave. so it will be OK, right?

  98. Driving home from nyc after going on a goose chase all day, eventually made it to the shoot. Overall the experience was good,however I’m a little disappointed in rob and his ppl. Limited access,his head was down the whole time, the hilight of the shoot was him running his hand through his hair. I know he’s not used to fare and it can be overwhelming, but his fans are his backbone and support. Maybe its not his decision, the crazy girls in the beginning ruined it for everyone. Hopefully this is something he can overcome. See all you RP fans on fri

    • He is actually really really shy!! When he came over to our small group after filming he walked over while looking down . . . He kept fidgeting and putting his hands on his face. He seems to do better with smaller groups lol

  101. Anyone know how much longer they will be filming RM in NYC?? I live in TX and we’re coming up for vacation 7/15-7/18. I told my daughter we would try to find the site. You guys crack me up…I love the determination!!!

  104. im so upset i went to orchard st today thinking that it was today. nothing at alll was there. ughhhhh i wasnt even supposed to go out today! im going to be in soo much trouble

    • I feel your pain. I went out today, hoping to go. Had some stuff to do, and wanted to pass by the set. But I checked the site from my phone and was so disappointed. I’ll probably be in as much trouble as you.

  106. if someone could help me please ….. on July 8 im going out from Puerto Rico to New York … my daughter has cancer and they will be treating her there … she is fan of Robert Pattinson and her only wish is to see him I think is the only opportunity I may have to make her wish a reality …. i dont have much money because the treatment is very expensive ….. i just want to know if someone can give me information if he its still going to be at that time in NY and where is he filming …..     • you can only find out the filming locations a few days before the actual date. also he is not done filming until about early august. also, he maybe on set that day, but you have to check this site occasionally to find out the location and if they are filming on that day.

  112. went to both gc and orchard early this morning and there was nothing. i am so upset with this because i had to leave today at 11am, without seeing any of the shoot. bad luck i guess.

  113. my aunt is 62 years old but she doesnt look 62. do you think she will look rediculous if she goes to try to find RP? She is a huge fan and would love to see him.
