On Location Tours is celebrating two of our favorite things this month, Gossip Girl and Halloween, with The Blair Witch Project: Special Halloween Gossip Girl Tour! The tour leaves from midtown Manhattan on Saturday, October 31st. There will be a costume contest at 1:30 pm followed by a 3.5 hour tour of Gossip Girl locations including The Palace Hotel & the Fifth Ave building that Blair calls home.
