We’re always looking for new ways to spread the word about OLV. After all, the more readers we have, the more tips we can get!
So this week’s contest involves getting the word out. Here’s what you need to do to enter:
1. You can leave a link to OLV on a relevant message board. (EX: On an IMDb page for a movie whose location we have listed, you could leave a message like: “OLV has more information about where this movie is filming: https://rbshost.com/OLV”)
or
2. Leave a comment w/ a link back to OLV on a relevant news story or blog post. (EX: A local online paper has a story about a movie filming, you could leave the comment: “Check out OLV for more filming locations: https://rbshost.com/OLV”)
or
3. Write a blog post about OLV. If you have your own blog or write for an online paper, all you have to do is write a couple of paragraphs about why you love OLV and include a link to https://rbshost.com/OLV.
Now, once you have accomplished one of these three things, just leave a link to your message in a comment on the bottom of this post. You can enter as many times as you want but please don’t be abusive or do anything that could be interpreted as spam. In other words, don’t bombard the same message board or blog post with the same links or talk trash about someone else’s site and then throw in a link to us, only positive messages please. The winner will be drawn randomly on Friday, November 6, 2009!
