Sean Penn and Robert Pattinson are expected to join Reese Witherspoon in Water for Elephants, the film adaptation of Sara Gruen’s best-selling novel. They’re expected to start filming in June. There’s no information yet on exactly where they’ll be shooting, but we’ll keep you posted when we hear more!
James Marsden has signed on to star opposite Russell Brand in I Hop, a live-action/CG-animated hybrid comedy from Illumination Entertainment and Universal. No word on when or where filming begins.
The director of The Fourth Kind, Olatunde Osunsanmi, has signed on to direct the action-thriller, The Commuter, about a man’s deadly commute from work in New York City. Filming is set to start this summer, presumably in NYC.
