Filming is underway in L.A. for season two of the HBO series Hung.
Hung focuses on Ray Drecker (Thomas Jane), a high school teacher and coach in need of some quick cash after a fire destroys his house. Ray decides to turn his large penis into an opportunity to make money with the help of his “pimp” Tanya (Jane Adams) while trying to maintain a normal life.
The show is set in Detroit and did film some of season one in Michigan but filmed the bulk of episodes in Los Angeles. According to Ken Droz at the Michigan Film Office, season two will shoot in much the same way.
“The entire pilot of the show filmed in Michigan. Once it was picked up, they shoot most of the interiors in L.A., and came here a couple times throughout the first season for many exteriors, pick up shots, and second unit work. I think much of the second season will be shot similar to the first, with most of the interiors, and in effect, most of the production done in L.A. However, they have been approved for the incentives for the second season of production in Michigan as well, although we’re not yet sure when they’ll arrive, or how many times they will be here.”
Hung is scheduled to film at 515 S Rimpau Blvd in Los Angeles on 3/10/10.

Hi Jim,
I would email your info to the Michigan Film Office, they should be able to help you if you would like your home used in the show.
So they are filming in Michigan again? Do you know how long they are expected to be there?
