According to Tim Ryan’s Reel Hawaii, The Descendants, starring George Clooney, has been spotted filming at several locations throughout Oahu including Queen’s Medical Center and the Nuuanu house which serves as Clooney’s character’s house. The private residence has reportedly been rented for about two months. The production moves to Kauai in about seven weeks.
In the film, Clooney stars as a wealthy, distracted father forced to reconnect with his two young daughters after a boating accident leaves his wife in a vegetative state.
Beau Bridges, Judy Greer, Robert Forster, Mary Birdsong, and Matthew Lillard have all recently joined the cast as well.
