Today, the indie crime drama Catch .44 begins filming in Shreveport, LA.

The movie, which stars Bruce Willis, Forest Whitaker, Malin Akerman and Kate Mara, centers on three women who are thrown into an extraordinary situation with a psychopathic hitman, played by Whitaker, a grizzled trucker and a delusional line cook. Willis rounds out the cast as the head crime boss and mastermind behind everything that happens.

This is the second movie Willis has shot on in Louisiana this year. He wrapped Red in New Orleans last spring.

Today, 7.8, the cast will shoot scenes in the vicinity of Youree St, between E Texas St & McCall St.
