Psych’s Corbin Bernsen is filming a movie about Soap Box Derby, 25 Hill, in the Akron/Cleveland, OH area next week and they are looking for anyone interested in being an unpaid extra in the movie.
•On Saturday, July 24, Bernsen will film the actual All-American Soap Box Derby finals at Derby Downs, 789 Derby Downs Drive in Akron for the film.
•Crews will also be filming other scenes that need thousands of extras at Derby Downs the next day, Sunday, July 25.
•Monday, July 26 though Wednesday, July 28 filming will take place at the Spring Hill Sports Complex, 3749 Fortuna Drive, in Akron, where 500 extras are needed.
•Friday, July 30 and Saturday, July 31 at the Baruth International Raceway, W. 49th Street exit of Ohio 2 in Cleveland, where 500 extras needed.
