As we’ve previously mentioned, George Clooney plans to shoot his next movie, The Ides of March, in Michigan and Ohio.
Well, this weekend we may have gotten a few clues about where exactly Clooney is looking to shooting in Michigan.
Clooney was spotted in Grand Rapids on Saturday scouting locations for the movie, which is expected to start shooting in February. He reportedly visited the Lee & Birch Store and Activesite Saturday afternoon.
Later, he stopped by San Chez Bistro for lunch. “He was just a normal guy,” says Abby Willis, his waitress at the restaurant. “He was just very, very nice, very polite, as was everyone else with him. Yeah, it was a nice, pleasant experience.”
Stay tuned for more information about where and when Clooney will be filming in Grand Rapids and don’t forget to let us know if you have a celebrity sighting at olv@onlocationvacations.com!
