Last week we reported that Mel Gibson got booted from  “The Hangover 2” now it seems as if two other celebrities have been added to the ever-increasing roster.

According to TMZ, former US president Bill Clinton has shot a cameo for the movie during the past weekend while in Bangkok to deliver a speech on clean energy. Clinton didn’t need to do much acting since he apparently plays himself in the Todd Phillips comedy.

While photos have been posted confirming that the former president was indeed on location, a spokesman for Mr. Clinton would neither confirm nor deny that the former president had filmed a cameo. However, reports confirm that extra security was brought in for the shoot involving the ex-president.

As reported earlier, the sequel reunites the original star cast of Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis and Justin Bartha as they head to Thailand.

On another note it has also been confirmed that Paul Giamatti has been added to the list of actors to appear in the movie. Giamatti, perhaps best known for his comedic turn in Sideways, is expected to be on set in Thailand within a few weeks, so far no details have been revealed about the part he will play in the movie.

The movie is expected to hit theaters in May 2011.
