Despite the frigid temperatures in New York City, hundreds of fans waited outside the Ziegfeld Theatre yesterday hoping to get a glimpse of Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, or Johnny Depp.
The stars were in the Big Apple for the premiere of Angelina and Johnny’s new movie, The Tourist. And the wait proved to be worth it for many fans who were able to score a handshake or an autograph from the stars as they made their way into the theater.
Angie looked like she could have used a coat as she greeted fans in a beautiful, yet revealing, cream-colored Versace gown. While Brad and Johnny were much more practical arriving in several layers and coats. Many of our Twitter followers were on hand for the event, like @nascar21af who sent us this photo yesterday afternoon along with the caption, “I’m here in the COLD waiting!”. @nascar21af also told us, “[there] are about 100-120 people here, they have us standing across the street. But everyone is trying to stay WARM!!”
@rgogel sent us this up close and personal photo of Brad Pitt as he worked his way through the crowd. While @broadway_fan thanked us for the premiere info with this cool photo of Angie taking over one fan’s photography duties.

Gotta say it, Jen, no contest! Angelina is STUNNING!!!! Better in person than on screen. Most actresses can’t stand up to the in-person scrutiny (zits, wrinkles, tons of make-up, etc.) But Angelina is breathtakingly beautiful!!
She is stunning, i agree with you.
but it is possible to give one woman a compliment without suggesting that the value of her appearance TRUMPS the value of another ones essence entirely. its not All about appearances.
Did anyone here get an autograph from J0hnny or Angelina? I would love to hear about it . I was so upse I couldnt make it.

We were at the end of the line as Johnny Deep came around to sign autographs and the crowd at Letterman was out of control! I managed to get a few shots off but, between the fans and the relentless autographazzis, there were only a few worth posting.
