Tom sent us a few photos from the New Year’s Eve bash at Nuela in NYC, where Ice-T took a well-deserved night off from his two current projects, Law and Order: SVU and Goat, to countdown the final minutes of 2010 with the fun-loving crowd.
Tom attended the party with his wife Kelly and their friends Kelly G (from the Real Housewives of New Jersey) and John. Of course, Ice-T was with with his wife Coco (they were also celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary) and a few of their friends after spending Christmas in Arizona. Hailey Glassman (Jon Gosselin’s ex who is now dating Kim G.’s son) and American Idol’s Antonella Barba were also on hand.
He’s what Tom had to say about hanging out with Ice:
Ice did the midnight countdown. After the ball drop Antonella Performed ‘Jersey Girl’ as a warm up to Ice T’s performance. When Ice went up to sing the DJ couldn’t get the track right for about 10 minutes. Ice was a true professional keeping his cool and not ripping the DJ a new one. After several F’bombs they finally got it going, Ice quoted Al Pacino in Scarface and then sang ‘Money Power Woman’ the crowd went crazy for it.
I talked watches with Ice and he showed off his custom diamond Breitling chrono. He said, “Men like watches because we like mechanical things like guns and cars.” He continued, “A man with an expensive watch is the epitome of wealth. You wear a watch worth a couple of hundred thousand and you can’t drive it, you cant live in it, you just wear it on your wrist. I see watches in these magazine for like $500,000 ..I can’t afford to buy a watch like that but some guys buy them all.”
All in all it was a fun night without any fights or mishap’s with lots of laughs,dancing, great food and company too.
