  1. First of all to all the Actor’s, Welcome to snowy Michigan, cold enough for ya? Oh and I can’t wait for this movie to come out. I dine down the road from where they are filming Family Week-end at Luigi’s and have not spotted any of the stars yet. But adore you all. So glad they chose Dr. G’s home to film part of the movie. I just know this will be a funny movie after reading the synopsis. We Michigander’s can use some laughs at this time. You can all come down to Luigi’s and eat the finest food you will find in Harrison township with out worrying about being hounded. Hope to see you drop in and visit us and I guarantee, you will have a very relaxing evening and some good laughs. I’m just a regular there who love’s their Ceasar’s and Lobster Ravioli. It’s OMG good and everything on the menu is so good, you will never get a bad meal at Luigi’s.

  2. Are they really filming near Luigi’s or is this just an ad? OK if it is, but please let us know, also, if they are filming in the area, do you have address or street where they are filming, it would be a huge help, thank you!

  3. Update from Nancy:
Hello, They are definitely filming less than a mile from Luigi’s on Jefferson by that big red Ice Cream parlor, I don’t have the address, but it’s just past the Ice Cream place and this isn’t an Ad for Luigi’s at all. You can see 5 or 6 trailer’s set up on Jefferson where the old catering place was (It’s now out of business) and Dr. G’s home is set way back right on the lake the very next drive way. It was all lit up with bright lights last night as I was on my way to dinner, so maybe they were filming at that time. So since Luigi’s is just past Crocker where Terry’s Terrace is, the filming is going on just before you go over the bridge toward Crocker. If you look you will see it for sure. One of Kristin Chenoweth’s funniest movies she was in was RV. She was so funny. I laughed until I cried.

  4. They came to my school(Fraser High School) today to film a jump rope scene. The whole gym was blocked off. A couple of my teachers were actually judges in it.:)
