According to Deadline, Richard Gere is very close to signing a deal to star in Arbitrage, the Nicholas Jarecki-directed drama featuring Eva Green and Susan Sarandon.
Al Pacino was originally set to star in the thriller about a troubled hedge fund magnate who is forced to turn to an unlikely ally after becoming desperate to complete the sale of his trading empire.
Filming is scheduled to start in April in New York.
