According to The Citizen, there will be an Open Casting Call held this weekend in the Fayetteville / Peachtree City area for the film The Wettest County in the World.
The big screen adaptation of the Matt Bondurant novel of the same name, a Prohibtion-era dramatic thriller, stars Shia LaBeouf and Tom Hardy. The movie has been in pre-production in Atlanta for a few weeks and is expected to begin shooting on location in Georgia by the end of the month.
Check out the details for the casting call below:
Lori Eastside of NYC Casting and Ann Wittenberg of New Life Casting are holding a casting call Saturday, Feb 12.
The casting call is taking place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Fayetteville / Peachtree City area.
They are looking for a variety of paid extras to portray characters during the Depression Era for the movie, “The Wettest County.” Filming begins near the end of February and we have a need for various Caucasian and African American individuals. Other ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend for consideration with future productions.
Keep in mind that the company is looking to add extras not already in their database. If you are already in the database, they will be glad to meet you, but you are asked to bring a friend or two that would be interested in becoming an extra for this film or a future project.
The casting call will take place at 100 Governor’s Trace, Suite #105 in Fayetteville.
