Thanks to Abby for sending us a few more photos of Chris Evans filming Captain America in New York City on Saturday. Its been a busy few days in Times Square, first Chris and Samuel L. Jackson were filming in Times Square for most of the day on Saturday and this morning the cast of Glee took over the steps in Times Square to shoot a scene for their season finale!
There has been much speculation about what exactly Chris was filming on Saturday and whether it was for Captain America or if it was actually for The Avengers, thanks to the presence of Samuel L. Jackson who will also appear alongside Chris in Marvel’s Avengers movie. That speculation was only escalated by the announcement that The Avengers would begin filming today by the film’s director Joss Whedon.
