According to the Pittsburgh Port Authority, the Taylor Lautner film Abduction, which was shot in Pittsburgh last summer, will be doing re-shoots tomorrow for one day only on North Shore Dr.

Effective Tuesday, May 3, 2011 From Start Of Service On Each Route Until Approximately 10:00 PM (One Day Only – Rain Date: Wednesday, May 4, 2011)The City of Pittsburgh has provided a permit to a feature film production company to close local streets in the North Shore near PNC Park to do a small film re-shoot for the feature film, “Abduction”, which was created in Pittsburgh in 2010. The film company is permitted to close North Shore Drive between the intersections of Tony Dorsett Drive and Mazeroski Way, and Mazeroski Way between North Shore Drive and West General Robinson Street. The closure is planned to occur on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 from approximately 4:00 AM to around 10:00 PM that night. In the event of inclement weather, the production will be delayed until Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at which point buses can maintain regular route.
