In Photos: The stars of USA Network greet fans at their Upfront presentation in NYC

The stars of USA Network’s most popular series came out for the network’s Upfront presentation in NYC on Monday.

According to the New York Times, the cable network had some fun with advertisers and reporters, who were there to get a first look at their fall season, by sending out the stars of their most popular series in the place of executives. The bit was intended to underline their “Characters welcome” motto by putting the actors who play those characters in the spotlight.

Most of the network’s stars were at the event including Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay (White Collar), James Roday and Dule Hill (Psych), Mark Feuerstein (Royal Pains), Vincent D’Onofrio (Law and Order: Criminal Intent), Peter Gallagher (Covert Affairs), Jeffrey Donovan (Burn Notice), Sarah Shahi (Fairly Legal), and many more.

USA also confirmed it was renewing Burn Notice, Psych, Royal Pains White Collar, Covert Affairs, In Plain Sight and Fairly Legal for the 2011-12 season.

They also announced that Necessary Roughness, about a woman who is a therapist for a professional football team, and Suits, about an odd-couple pair of lawyers will join their schedule. Clips from pilots for two series that may at some point be added to the USA line-up were also shown. They are Common Law, about a mismatched pair of police officers, and Eden, about a concierge at a high-end New York hotel.

The stars of USA took time to stop and talk with waiting fans before heading inside. One of our readers, mdg, sent us the photos below of many of the stars arriving, signing autographs, and posing with fans.
