Holly Hunter had previously focused her attention on the TNT series “Saving Grace” but since the series ended in 2010, she has been able to plan her return to the big screen.
According to Deadline.com Holly Hunter has landed parts in several projects.
She is set to star opposite Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal in “Still I Rise” aka “Steel Town”. The film is being directed Daniel Barnz and follows a teacher and a mother as they try to reform the quality of education in an inner-city Pittsburgh public school. The movie is currently filming in downtown Pittsburgh, near the Mellon Arena.
Other projects for Hunter include “Romeo and Juliet,” where she is set to star alongside Hailee Steinfeld , the project was written by Julian Fellowes and will be directed by Carlo Carlei.
The exact roles that Hunter will take on is still written in the stars, however both projects are gathering quite good casts.
