Matt Damon and Jodie Foster have signed on to co-star in Elysium, which will be shot entirely in Vancouver this summer.
Though little is known about the film, it will take place 100 years in the future and will feature Foster as the head of an alien planet.
Damon has been keeping busy this year. He has already shot Contagion in Chicago and We Bought A Zoo, which was filmed around Los Angeles.
Foster’s last project was the The Beaver, which was filmed in and around New York City last year.
Filming for Elysium in B.C. is scheduled to run from July 25 to Sept. 27.
