Emily Blunt had a late night filming ‘Five Year Engagement’ in Ypsilanti, MI

Last night, Emily Blunt was spotted filming another scene among fake snow in Ypsilanti, MI.

One of our readers, Leslie Leland, saw crews covering the streets in snow outside of her shop, Mix, on Thursday. She added, “Can I just say that we are thrilled to be a part of this? What fun…. Drew Barrymore’s “Whip It!” was filmed here and so was “Stone” with DeNiro. We’re honored to have Universal Studios in our neighborhood.”

And last night, @Bananadoc stuck around for the actual filming, which didn’t start until 10 p.m. Of the snow, Banandoc wrote, “I have to say that in the daylight the snow looked a little fake, but at night, the sidewalk and street washed down to look wet, the snow sprayed to look a delightful dirty grey, it could totally have been February.”

In the scene they were filming, Emily ran down the street in a red winter coat, even though the actual temperature was more seasonal for June than February. Check out a couple of Bananadoc’s photos above, and be sure to check out the rest here. You can also check out a few of Leslie’s, taken on Thursday, below. Thanks to both for sharing!

PS, has anyone been to the Entourage set. Are the actors friendly? Is it easy to get autographs and pictures?

  2. Thanks Christine, do you know where the studio is? And do people have success getting autographs/pictures where the studio is

    • Thanks for the info Christine!! So glad I came across this helpful and awesome site. I see Entourage is shooting at a private home in Wilshire Country Club tomorrow.

Do you know or remember of people’s experiences on the Entourage set when they’re on location? (Or any previous fan posts I can take a look at) I want to try to get some pictures/autographs but want to know if it is worth it and don’t want to waste my time
