Tonight, The Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago will honor Jamie Foxx at its annual benefit held at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago.
One of our readers, Aaron, spotted Robert Downey Jr. in Chicago this morning where he is prepping to host the event. RDJ will present Foxx with the Gene Siskel Film Center Renaissance Award this evening. Downey won the award last year.
Attendees at tonight’s gala will enjoy a cocktail hour and auction before the awards ceremony. There will also be a Q & A segment with Foxx to close out the evening.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. tonight. Tickets range from $400 – $50,000 for a table. More information here.
