With some studios choosing to skip this year’s Comic-Con, we were relieved to see Relativity is still in, and will be bringing along the stars of four of their upcoming films – The Raven, Immortals, Haywire, and Shark Night 3D.
The Raven cast, including John Cusack, Luke Evans, Alice Eve, and director James McTeigue, are all expected to attend the movie’s Panel on Friday, July 22 in Hall H (11:30am – 12:00pm), followed by an autograph signing. The movie is follows Edgar Allen Poe as he joins forces with a young Baltimore detective to hunt down a mad serial killer who’s using his works as the basis for a string of brutal murders.
MMA Champion Gina Carano and director Steven Soderbergh will present their upcoming film, Haywire, on Friday as well, in Hall H (11:00am – 11:25am) followed by an autograph signing. In the movie, a female covert ops specialist (Carano), who works in the deadly world of international operatives, strikes back after discovering she’s been double-crossed by someone close to her in the agency.
On Saturday, July 23 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Henry Cavill, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, Stephen Dorff, Freida Pinto, Mickey Rourke, and producers Mark Canton and Gianni Nunnari will also pay a visit to Hall H to discuss their film Immortals, followed by an autograph signing at the Convention Center.
And, Sara Paxton, Katharine McPhee, Dustin Milligan, Chris Carmack, Joel David Moore, Sinqua Walls, Alyssa Diaz and director David Ellis will also make appearances at Comic-Con in support of their film Shark Night 3D.
