As we were first to report, Gossip Girl began filming Season Five in New York City today!
This morning Leighton Meester was spotted filming outside the American Museum of Natural History and a couple of our readers have already sent us photos!
Check out a photo from Henry above and one from @maxjohn2011 below. As you can see, it doesn’t look like Blair will be toning down her style this season. And I love the orange bag she’s carrying, though I’m sure it’s probably out of my price range!

Not sure how accurate it is, but they told us on set that for a week they are filming at the stage.
and there’s no chance to go at the stage and see the actors? 🙁
Nope. Sadly. I think the stage is off limits, and they don’t offer tours. :[ I’m sure it wont be long until they are filming again, no worries! We have all season!

GG signs around 5th av and east 70’s area, saw a few signs up today for wensday 13th

You didnt see the time listed? This sucks. I dont want to go all the way down there to see the sign and then come back home, lol. It should be listed on the permit/sign. Hopefully someone can find out what time!

They will be on 5th avenue and 74-75th street, it is say from 6am to 10pm, but i suppose the actors are coming later, i have heard that there is something like 2 or 3 hours for the installation
