
According to the L.A. Times, Mark Wahlberg and Jonah Hill are teaming up to star in the action comedy Good Time Gang.
The script for the independent film was written by Max Landis (Chronicle) and centers on a pair of bumbling mercenaries who take on a serious case involving terrorists and discover that the target is one of their relatives. The story has been described as a new spin on the Lethal Weapon films.
Robin Schorr (Food, Inc.) is producing the movie for RCR Pictures. No director has been hired yet, and a production schedule has not been determined.
