One of readers, Susan, brought her daughters Star and Savanna, to the recent L.A. premiere of Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, where they were excited to see not just one Harry Potter star, but two!
She told us, “We attended the premiere at Graumans Chinese Theater in Hollywood and it was amazing. The movie was fantastic with a great storyline and action. It starred James Franco, Frieda Pinto, John Lithgow and Tom Felton. We were able to meet John Lithgow, Tom Felton, and Rupert Grint, who was there to surprise and support his Harry Potter cast mate (take a look at his t-shirt!). I asked for a pic with John Lithgow too but he said no, but happily wanted to shake my hand!! My daughters were very excited to meet the Harry Potter stars. Rupert Grint was very friendly and fun to all fans. Tom was a bit serious but kind enough to stop for a picture. Overall I recommend this movie as it is a prequel to the previous classic apes movies.”
