The Expendables 2, with returning stars Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Terry Crews, Dolph Lundgren, Jason Statham, Jet Li, and Randy Couture, along with newbies Chuck Norris, Scott Adkins, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and Liam Hemsworth, is currently filming in Bulgaria.
The movie is using NU Image Boyana studios, outside the capitol city of Sofia, as its homebase but this week they are filming in the resort town of Bansko.
Earlier this month, Arnold Schwarzenegger tweeted the first set photo of himself with his co-stars Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis, and today another photo was release, this one included fan favorite Chuck Norris. Like the first film, the movie is designed to be a who’s who of (mostly older) action stars, making 71-year-old Norris a perfect addition to the cast.
The Expendables 2 is expected in theaters on August 17, 2012. Are you looking forward to it?
