Ben Affleck’s ‘Argo’ filming in Washington D.C. next week, Extras needed

Ben Affleck will move production on his new film Argo to the Washington D.C. area for a few days next week and he needs background actors for the shoot.

Principal photography on Argo, which Ben is both directing and starring in, began in L.A. back in September. The film is being produced George Clooney, Oscar nominee Grant Heslov, and Affleck.

Based on true events, Argo chronicles the life-or-death covert operation to rescue six Americans, which unfolded behind the scenes of the Iran hostage crisis.

Affleck plans to shoot in Washington D.C. and northern Virginia on November 18, 19 and 20.

According to the Virginia Film Office, extras are needed for all three days. You can read the full casting call below:

Carlyn Davis Casting is looking for extras for the upcoming SAG feature film, Argo, that will be shooting in the Washington, D.C. area November 18, 19 and 20.
