As we recently reported, The Lone Ranger, starring Johnny Depp, is back on after Disney temporarily halted production last summer.
One of readers, Penny, recently spotted crews resuming construction on sets for the movie in New Mexico. She wrote, ” They’re back! The construction crew started back in Grant County south of Hurley. The work shop in up and the porta potties are in.”
We also heard that a new casting call, looking for Native American actors, has been issued for Silver Bullet, which is The Lone Ranger’s working title.
Check out the full casting call below:
Major Motion Picture, “Silver Bullet” is currently seeking Native American males and females for featured extra roles to film in the Shiprock New Mexico area.
Individuals who are experienced horse riders are particular encouraged to apply.
The production is also casting for a Native American Boy age range 9-11 for a featured speaking role in the film.
