Fan photos of Tom Cruise at the NYC premiere of ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’

A few of our readers were on hand for the red carpet premiere of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City and they sent along a few photos of the movie’s stars, Tom Cruise, Paula Patton (and husband Robin Thicke), Josh Holloway, Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg greeting press and fans outside the event.

James sent us these shots he took of Tom Cruise on the red carpet.

Denise sent us a few photos too and told us, “They pretty much took over half of 54th St with the huge tent and all the fan bleacher sections throughout. By the time I got there it was packed with people everywhere so at first I went to the Hilton and was able to get some shots of Tom & Katie arriving. The plastic tent material made most of the pictures seem a little warped but at least it was a clear tent so we were able to see the action inside. I then went outside and tried to take pictures while the stars were talking to the press. Tom seemed pretty nice. He took a lot of time to greet the fans and sign at the premiere, but he wasn’t able to cross the street like they normally do. Due to the way it was set up, he didn’t have a choice. I did hear that he signed and greeted fans outside Letterman earlier and they closed the street when he arrived.”

RL Proctor also sent us a few shots, which you can check out below, and told us “Katie (Holmes) went in quickly, Tom came back out and signed for people on the other side street. Lots of people there.”
