The Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is taking place in Las Vegas this week, always has a roster of big name celebs on hand to promote new products or have a first look for themselves. Justin Bieber, Snooki, 50 Cent, LL Cool J, and Eliza Dushku are just a few of the stars expected this year.

Dennis Rodman

American Hall of Fame Professional Basketball player. Dennis Rodman is one of the greatest rebounders ever to play professional basketball. His rebounding exploits have drawn comparisons with such legends as Wilt Chamberlain, Moses Malone, and Bill Russell, all of whom were taller and heavier. Sports Illustrated once called Rodman “a sort of basketball genius.” A dedicated analyst of the game and a tenacious defender, Rodman led the National Basketball Association (NBA) in rebounding for four consecutive years and helped lead his teams to five NBA championships. As his career went on, however, Rodman drew ever more attention for his off-court antics. With his rainbow-colored hair and multiple tattoos, his penchant for conducting interviews in gay bars, and tumultuous romances with the singer Madonna and the actress Carmen Electra, Rodman landed headlines far outside the sports pages.

Robert Keith Horry Jr. is a retired American basketball player and a current sports commentator. He played 16 seasons in the NBA, winning seven championships, the most of any player not to have played on the 1960s Boston Celtics. He is one of only two players to have won NBA championships with three different teams: two with the Houston Rockets, three with the LA Lakers and two with the San Antonio Spurs. He earned the nickname Big Shot becaue of this clutch shooting in important games. Horry now works as a commentator on ESPN.
John Salley

John Salley accepted a Basketball Scholarship to Georgia Tech to play for legendary head coach Bobby Cremins. From there he went on to become a 15-year NBA veteran and was the first NBA player to win four championships with three different teams. During the 80’s, Salley was a member of the Detroit Piston “Bad Boys” squad. Salley went on to Chicago playing with Michael Jordan as part of the Bulls 1996 championship team. In 1999, Phil Jackson invited Salley to come to Los Angeles to provide experience and leadership to the 1999-2000 Lakers’ championship team. After his retirement from the NBA in 2000, Salley explored several opportunities in both television and film. John’s film credits include Bad Boys 1 & 2, Eddie and Jerry Bruckheimer’s Confession of a Shopaholic. John has served as host for numerous award shows and was also the host of The John Salley Block Party on 100.3 The Beat Morning Show in Los Angeles. John recently hosted the Reunion Show of VH-1’s #1 rated show, Basketball Wives. John recently concluded 7 years serving as the co-host of the Emmy nominated, critically acclaimed “The Best Damn Sports Show Period” on Fox Sports Net. He was also the host of the sports talk show “Ballers” on BET. John is also the head of his own production company, John Salley Presents, Inc., where he uses his uncanny ability to find unique and interesting people and projects for television and film. In April, 2011 John began hosting his own show Game On! airing on The Reelz Channel. In addition, he began co-hosting The Car Show on Speed Channel in the Summer of 2011.

Hip-hop artist, author, actor. Born James Todd Smith on January 14, 1968. Growing up in New York City, Smith adopted the stage name LL Cool J, which stood for Ladies Love Cool James. Carl Banks is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League from 1984 to 1995 for the New York Giants, the Washington Redskins and the Cleveland Browns. He made the Pro Bowl in 1987, had 39.5 career quarterback sacks, and was a member of the NFL’s 1980’s All-Decade Team. He played college football at Michigan State University and was the third overall pick in the 1984 NFL Draft. He was a member of the Giants teams that won Super Bowls XXI and XXV. Banks was a standout in their Super Bowl XXI victory in which he recorded 14 total tackles, including ten solo tackles. In 1993, Banks entered a three year contract to play for the Washington Redskins. After retiring from the NFL, Banks was a part-owner of the Arena Football League’s New Jersey Red Dogs, along with ex-Giants Joe Morris and Harry Carson. He was Director of Player Development for the New York Jets in 1997. Currently, Banks can be heard as one of the voices of Sirius NFL Radio and WFAN. Starting in 2007, he became an analyst for the radio broadcasts of the New York Giants.
