After weeks of speculation about where the reality series would be filmed, producers of the upcoming Snooki and JWoww Jersey Shore spin-off have started setting up, and obtaining permits to shoot, in Jersey City, NJ.
“We look forward to bringing the production to Jersey City and both Snooki and JWoww are happy to know they’ll be filming in their favorite state once again,” an MTV spokesman said.
Snooki and JWoww will live in a two-story firehouse, located at 36 Mercer Street, Jersey City, when the new show begins filming later this month.
According to TMZ, producers of MTV series obtained a permit to shoot at the firehouse under the condition that there must be at least four Jersey City police officers posted at the house at all times.

UPDATE: Permit signs have been posted around the firehouse where Snooki and JWoww will be filming their new show stating that filming will take place between February 21-25 (approximately).

I am really happy that Snooki and JWoww have found a place to film. I can’t wait to see their spin off show. I am able to watch anything I want while on-the-go since I have been using DISH’s TV everywhere technology. Whether I am working at my job at DISH or at school I can stream all my shows right to my iPhone. I love having the ability to watch TV on-the-go. It’s prefect for my kind of lifestyle.
