Morgan Spurlock is bringing the Comic-Con experience to a city near you

Earlier today we posted the new trailer for Morgan Spurlock’s latest documentary, Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan’s Hope, and now they’ve announced a cross-country tour for the film, that will include fan gatherings designed to recreate the Comic-Con experience. Along with a screening of the film, each stop will include exhibitor booths, animator portfolio reviews, costumes, and panels.

The movie is a behind-the-scenes look at the ultimate geek mecca, San Diego Comic-Con. “This film is a geek-tastic celebration of dreams and wonder,” Spurlock said. Comic-Con is not just an event it is a state of mind, and this film shows why we love it and what everyone else has been missing.”
