The Woodstock Film Festival recently announced a special one-time screening of Our Idiot Brother which will take place on May 5, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Upstate Films in Woodstock, NY.
The event will feature a Q&A and reception with star Paul Rudd, producer and WFF founding Advisory Board Member Peter Saraf, and Director Jesse Peretz. The movie, which is now available on DVD and VOD, tells the story of Ned, a carefree organic vegetable farmer who becomes entangled in his sisters’ chaotic lives.
Rudd, who shot part of Our Idiot Brother in Cold Spring, NY in 2010, is currently filming Lucky Dog in New York City with Paul Giamatti.
General Admission tickets for the screening of Our Idiot Brother and the Q&A are $25. A select number of $50 tickets will also include a reception at Oriole 9 in Woodstock. Paul Rudd, producer Peter Saraf, and director Jesse Peretz will all be in attendance. Tickets can be purchased at WoostockFilmFestival.com.
