According to Deadline, Mad Men‘s January Jones and Ed Harris have signed on to star in Sweetwater, with directors Logan and Noah Miller.
Sweetwater is set against the backdrop of 1886 New Mexico Territory and focused on a young widow (Jones) who risks all to avenge her husband’s murder at the hands of a brutal sheep rancher. Harris plays the town sheriff who helps her.
Harris is concurrently filming Look Of Love in L.A. and Pain And Gain in Miami.
Sweetwater is expected to begin filming in July in various locations around New Mexico.
