‘jOBS’ begins filming in the garage where Apple was founded on June 11

As we’ve reported, the upcoming Steve Jobs movie, jOBS, will be shot in the actual Los Altos, CA garage where the first Apple computers were built.

Now, thanks to Forbes, we’ve learned filming at Apple’s first official headquarters, located at 2066 Crist Drive, will begin on June 11.

Film crews are already setting up at the small ranch-style home to make it look like it would have in the ‘50s – ‘70s, during Jobs’ formative years.

According to the film’s producers, the biopic will be a “dark, honest and uncompromising plunge into the depths of Steve Jobs’ character.”

Ashton Kutcher is set to star as Jobs.

This isn’t the only movie about Jobs in the works. Aaron Sorkin is also working on a script based on the best-selling biography written by Walter Isaacson last year.

If you spot jOBS filming in Los Altos next week, let us know about it at olv@onlocationvacations.com!
