‘The Lone Ranger’ will cause road closures in Creede, Colorado next week

As we’ve reported, The Lone Ranger shoot moved from New Mexico to a secluded location in Creede, Colorado last week, but it looks like their exact location is about to become public.

The movie has requested a permit to take over a 19-mile segment of Colorado 149 outside of Creede between June 18 and June 22.

“On those days motorists will face intermittent road closures of roughly 20 minutes between 3 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.”

The Lone Ranger, which stars Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp, is expected to continue filming in the Creede area through the end of June.
