Woody Allen’s upcoming movie, starring Cate Blanchett, Alec Baldwin, Peter Sarsgaard and Louis C.K., finally began filming in San Francisco, CA on Thursday, August 2.
The Untitled Woody Allen Project follows a woman trying to make it on a budget so she moves to San Francisco from New York City.
So far, the film has been spotted filming in the Pacific Heights neighborhood. On Monday they will film a posh party scene in Marin County before moving back to San Francisco where the shoot will continue in the Mission District, the western end of San Francisco, and the Marina District.

That’s laughable. San Francisco is one of the most expensive cities in the world.
I think she move in with a sister or something, there aren’t a lot of details on the plot (as usual).
They were filming at larkspur landing Today and basecamp was at the acura dealer parking lot off paradise drive in Marin. Tomorrow I heard they’re shooting In the mission district in San Francisco.
