Safe Haven, based on the Nicolas Sparks novel of the same name, spent several weeks filming in and around Southport, N.C. this summer and they will be returning this weekend to film a few additional scenes.
Crews will return to Southport on Friday, Nov. 16 and stay through Sunday.
On Saturday they are expected to shoot around Fort Johnston and the N.C. Maritime Museum at Southport, and on Sunday they will film scenes near the Old American Fish Company and the Yacht Basin.
The film, which stars Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough, needs 10 extras on Friday and 10 extras with vehicles to work on Saturday, while 20 extras are needed on Sunday. Applicants must be 18 or older.
