Extras needed for ‘Foxcatcher’ shoot at California University of Pennsylvania later this month

Just yesterday we announced Foxcatcher, starring Channing Tatum, will be filming at California University of Pennsylvania on Dec. 16- 23 and now there is word they are looking for extras for the shoot too!

According to WPXI, the casting director is looking for men (18 and over) of various nationalities and ethnicities to be extras in the shoot on Thursday, Dec. 20 and Friday, Dec. 21.

They are specifically looking for male extras of Russian, Turkish, French, Asian and Eastern European descent. Extras will portray various characters including wrestling officials, coaches, referees, and wrestling fans. Some may even be asked to speak in their native language in the film. These positions will be paid. No acting experience is necessary.

Those interested in being an extra should contact the Casting Director/ Assistants at wrestlingextras@gmail.com, include your name, age, country/nationality and a picture. Also include in the subject line: EXTRAS: UPITT/ UCIS ­ (Insert your country/nationality).

The scenes will reportedly be set in France.
