This year marks the 20th Anniversary of Richard Linklater‘s Dazed and Confused and, to celebrate, the state of Texas is honoring it at the 13th Annual Texas Film Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony.
Quentin Tarantino is expected to attend the ceremony and give the film a Star of Texas Award on March 7. The Austin Film Society will also screen the movie, with some members of the cast and crew, on March 6.
General admission tickets to Wednesday’s screening start at $20. Tickets to the awards ceremony are pretty pricing (starting at $500) but there is an after-party which is much more affordable (only $50 per couple).
