On Friday night the ATX Television Festival staged a surprise reunion of the Friday Night Lights cast, including stars Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton.
The fest confirmed Scott Porter, Gaius Charles, Matt Lauria and Brad Leland for the panel, but when special guests Chandler and Britton took the stage too, the audience erupted in cheers.
There were several sweet moments during the discussion, including Chandler’s admission that he was “lucky to could work with everyone”, to which Porter responded, “No, we were lucky.”
Another cute moment came from the audience when the first question was asked by Parenthood’s Mae Whitman. The actress was paired with Lauria on her show as well.
The cast also discussed the possibility of a movie but don’t get too excited, though they seem open to it, there is nothing in the works yet.
