According to Rob Thomas’ latest Kickstarter update, the cast of Veronica Mars will not only be making an appearance at Comic-Con, but they will also be holding their own special fan event in San Diego.
On Friday, July 19, Rob Thomas, Kristen Bell, Enrico Colantoni, Ryan Hansen, Jason Dohring, Tina Majorino, Krysten Ritter, Chris Lowell, Percy Daggs III, and Francis Capra, will all appear at the Veronica Mars SDCC panel and then most of them (except Kristen) will be signing autographs at the WB booth on the convention floor.
But, even if you don’t have a Comic-Con pass you can still take part in the VM fan event taking place in the evening which will include first-look footage, a Q & A with the cast, and a few surprises.
Kickstarter backers were able to reserve seats but there will be a line for the remaining tickets starting around 6 a.m. Friday morning. The event will take place on July 19 at 7:30 PM at Horton Plaza – Regal Cinema (United Artists 8).
Production on the movie, which is working under the title AKA in L.A., wraps up the next day on July 20.
