Six TV shows begin filming in Chicago this summer

It’s going to be a busy summer of filming in Chicago. From mid-July through the fall, five drama series (three from NBC and two from ABC) and one comedy series (from USA Network) will be shooting in the Windy City:

  • the returning drama Chicago Fire;
  • Chicago PD, a Chicago Fire spin-off;
  • Crisis, a political thriller starring Dermot Mulroney and Gillian Anderson;
  • Mind Games, a drama about two brothers (Christian Slater and Steve Zahn), one bipolar and one a con artist, who run an agency using psychology to solve clients’ problems;
  • Betrayal, a legal drama about an unhappily married woman (Hannah Ware) who has an affair with a lawyer (Stuart Townsend), who just happens to be squaring off against her husband in court. James Cromwell also stars; and
  • Sirens, produced by Dennis Leary, follows three Chicago EMTs who can be described as oddballs who have trouble with friendships, relationships and most occupations, but they are qualified for saving the people who wind up in their ambulance.

ExtraOrdinary Casting is looking for extras of all ages and ethnicities for Betrayal and Sirens. Please submit your headshot and availability to submissions@extraordinarycasting.net.
