Nancy Mosser Casting has released more casting calls for the upcoming movie, The Fault In Our Stars, based on the best-selling young adult novel about teenagers who meet in a cancer support group by John Green.
Currently, they are seeking teens and young adults 13-23 years-old, who have been affected by cancer, to appear as extras in the film. The production would like to give teens and young adults, who have been or are currently cancer patients, the opportunity to appear in the movie.
According to the casting call, “The roles are non-speaking and there is no experience necessary. Those cast for these roles will be needed for approximately two to five days of filming this September. All roles are paid positions.”
If interested, email Nancy Mosser Casting at tfiosextras@gmail.com including a recent snapshot of yourself and a brief description of your experience with cancer, along with your age, your parent’s name (for those under 18 years) and a phone number.
In addition, they are also looking for a Shailene Woodley AGE 11 look-a-like. Brunette hair and hazel eyes are desirable. To apply for this role, email openaudition@gmail.com with at least one close-up photograph of the child’s face, name, a parent’s name and a phone number. This role will shoot for one day between 8/26/13 and 10/8/13 in Pittsburgh.

I never struggled with cancer but my mom and my grandpa both did. My mom is still here today but sadly my grandpa just passed away. I would love to be an extra in this movie as a Remeberance of him
