On September 27, the New York Film Festival kicked off with the premiere of Captain Philips, which opens nationwide on Friday.
Of course the movie’s star Tom Hanks was in attendance along with Naomi Watts, Charles Grodin, and director Noah Baumbach, who are all currently filming While We’re Young in NYC.
Day two of the festival included the premiere of Inside Llewyn Davis. Two of the film’s stars, Carey Mulligan and Adam Driver, made their way over to fans before walking the red carpet and took photos, some of which you can check out below.
Tonight, the premieres continue with 12 Years A Slave, All Is Lost, and Nebraska. All movies are screened at Lincoln Center. Check out the details at filmlinc.com. Garrett Hedlund was also in attendance.
