According to the Times-Herald, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay will be filming at Caldwell Tanks in downtown Newnan, GA in December.
Two weeks ago crews began building a coliseum set in the large industrial buildings.
This news comes right on the heels of sightings of a set being built in Griffin, GA for the movie this week too.
